Booking FAQs

  • It is recommended to book online* to secure your bay, but we do accept walk-ins. Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your session.

    *Online booking will be available soon.

  • Prices are per 55-minute booking:

    • $55 for our standard bays

    • $70 for The Bunker

    • $110 for The Signature Suite.

  • You’ll find us right in the heart of New Plymouth at 186 Devon Street East. We’re easy to get to, with plenty of parking on Devon Street East.

  • Our standard booking is 55-minutes — enough time for a solid round. Want longer? No problem, just book extra time and keep swinging.

  • If you need to reschedule, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. A $5 fee applies to any changes. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours are non-refundable. For full details, please see our Terms & Conditions.

  • Yes — we offer memberships for both individuals and corporate groups. Members enjoy a range of benefits, including priority booking, discounted bay hire, and exclusive offers on food, drinks, and events. Corporate memberships are tailored for teams looking to entertain clients, reward staff, or enjoy regular rounds together. You can learn more here.

Golf Simulator FAQs

  • We have 6 simulators in total, which includes 4 Standard Bays, The Bunker and The Signature Suite.

    The standard bays are next to each other, with bar leaners at the back for viewing. These can accommodate up to 4 players.

    The Bunker is in the back of the facility, closed off with its own TV for sports, leaner and seating. This can accommodate up to 6 people.

    The Signature Suite is a premium simulator - great for larger groups, this offers the ultimate setup for golf. With tables and couches, this room can be separated from the main area for privacy, and has its own TV.

  • The Falcon from Foresight, an overhead launch monitor. Delivering professional-grade accuracy in every shot. Lightning-fast, smooth gameplay, measuring over a dozen critical ball and club data points.

  • Yes, there are lots of different courses from around the world which can be played. Our team can get you setup in different formats for individual games or play a match against your friends.

  • Yes, the simulators are a great way to learn or try golf. The simulators are enclosed creating a safe hitting space.

  • Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own clubs. We also offer men’s and women’s sets (left- and right-handed) for hire at $15 per 55 minutes. Premium golf balls are provided by The 19th and must be used at all times.

  • The 19th will provide premium golf balls which must be used at all times, this is to avoid damage and marking to the simulator screens.

Food, Drink & Event FAQs

  • We’ve partnered with the very best local providers to make sure every detail is spot on: craft beer from Shining Peak, specialty coffee from Proof & Stock, and unbeatable eats from Serial Griller.

  • Yes — each bay is fitted with a touchscreen so you can order without disrupting your game.

  • The 19th is the perfect venue for your next event. From small gatherings with friends to larger corporate functions, we can cater to groups of all sizes.   • Yes, we offer catering for events — from platters and share plates to full food and drink packages. Our team can tailor options to suit your group and make sure no one leaves hungry (or thirsty). Get in touch with Neena at neena@the19th.co.nz to start planning your menu.

  • Corporate event bookings require a minimum of 7 days’ notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty. Cancellations made within 7 days may incur a fee, and events cancelled within 48 hours are non-refundable. General FAQs

  • Guests under 18 are welcome, but must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.

  • Yes — The 19th gift vouchers are available and make the perfect present for any golf or social night out. You can grab yours here.
